International Game Fish Foundation
The IGFA is a non-profit organization deeply committed to the conservation of game fish and the promotion of responsible, ethical angling practices through science, education, rule making and record keeping. I urge anyone involved in the sport to support their organization and visit their website to stay up to date on their profound efforts
The IGFA is committed to promoting the enjoyment, appreciation and effective conservation of fish, the sport of fishing, and aquatic habitats.
The IGFA remains committed to the collection of historical information and artifacts related to the history of sport fishing. To that end we would like to encourage individuals, organizations, and clubs to contribute materials of historical significance to the E. K. Harry Library and to the Museum, where they will be secured and preserved for future generations and serve as reference material for researchers. Names of contributors will be acknowledged in the IGFA’s quarterly International Anglermagazine and on the IGFA website, and may be featured in future articles about donors and donations.
